2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or purchasing/using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or services.

3. Services (what we do)

We provide corporate performance coaching and related educational resources. Our services are for professional development and informational purposes only and do not constitute medical, mental health therapy, psychological therapy, legal, or financial advice.

If you require medical or mental health support, please consult an appropriately qualified professional. Do not rely on our services as a substitute for professional care.

4. Client responsibilities
You are responsible for your decisions, actions, and outcomes. We do not guarantee specific results. Coaching outcomes vary depending on individual effort, circumstances, and consistency.

5. Booking, rescheduling, and missed sessions
Sessions are scheduled via Calendly (or a scheduling link we provide).

 Rescheduling/cancellation: at least 24 hours' notice is required.

 Late cancellations/no-shows: sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, may be treated as used (no refund and not rescheduled).

 Late arrival: if you arrive late, the session may still end at the scheduled end time.
 
 Session recording: sessions are not recorded unless agreed in writing by both parties in advance.
6. Fees and payment
Fees are shown before purchase and are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments are processed via Stripe/Tide Banking

7. Refund policy
Unless otherwise stated at the point of sale in writing, purchases are non-refundable once the sprint/service begins.

UK/EU consumer notice: If applicable, you may have a statutory 14-day cooling-off right for distance sales. If you request that services begin within the cooling-off period, you agree that you may be charged for services already provided up to cancellation, and your cancellation right may end once services are fully performed.

8. Intellectual property
All materials (frameworks, templates, protocols, recordings, downloads, and other content) are owned by us or licensed to us. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own development. You may not copy, share, resell, publish, or distribute our materials without written consent.

9. Confidentiality
We treat your information as confidential and will not share it except: with your consent; where required by law/regulator/court; or with service providers who support our operations (under confidentiality obligations).

10. Testimonials
If you provide feedback/testimonials, we will not publish identifiable details without permission. We can anonymise case studies if you prefer.

11. Website use and conduct
You agree not to misuse the website or services (including hacking, abusive conduct, or unlawful activity). We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

12. Third-party services
We use third-party providers to deliver services (e.g., ClickFunnels, Stripe, Calendly, Zoom). Their terms may also apply. We are not responsible for third-party outages.

13. Limitation of liability
 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be excluded by law.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (loss of profit, business, goodwill, or data). Our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on our website and updating the effective date. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer rights require otherwise.
